Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Merchants of Wisdom, based in Bayawan, Negros Oriental, Philippines ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to our websites, free resources, digital products, masterclasses, and any membership or community (the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Our resources are written for parents and guardians. Children may use some activities only with a parent or guardian present.
2. Educational purpose
Our content is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. Please read our Educational Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at contact@email.merchantsofwisdom.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Free resources
We may offer free Problem Analyzer Ebooks, masterclasses, and other resources. We may change, limit, or stop offering free resources at any time. Some free resources may require your email address.
5. Digital products and license
When you buy a digital product, such as a Practical Solution Workbook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your own household. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute it, including your login or download links
- Post it publicly or upload it to file-sharing sites
- Use it in paid classes, coaching, or commercial programs without our written permission
- Copy, adapt, or use it to create competing products
Teachers, schools, coaches, and organizations who want to use our materials with groups should contact us for permission.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. A price change does not affect orders already paid.
- We may offer discounts, coupons, bundles, or promotions. Each has its own terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Payments are processed securely by SaligPay and PayPal. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless we collect them at checkout.
7. Memberships and subscriptions
If we offer a membership or other subscription, these terms apply:
- Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically each billing period (for example, monthly) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime by emailing contact@email.merchantsofwisdom.com or through your account, if available. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Price changes. We will tell you about any price change before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Free trials. If a trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Content. Membership content may be added, changed, or removed over time.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until it is resolved.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Your submissions
If you send us suggestions, problems for our roadmap, feedback, comments, or testimonials, you give us permission to use them to improve and promote our Services, without payment to you. We will not publish your name with a suggestion or testimonial without your permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes trying to hack, overload, scrape, or copy the Site; submitting false, harmful, or abusive content; or using the Services for anything unlawful.
11. Intellectual property
All content in the Services, including text, ebooks, workbooks, videos, designs, the Merchants of Wisdom name, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. It is protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
12. Third-party services and links
We use third-party tools to run the Services (such as our website platform and payment processor), and our Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular result for you or your child, or that the Services will always be available or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to protect us from claims, losses, and costs caused by your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
16. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, for example by sharing paid materials. You may stop using the Services at any time.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
